So here they are as promised!!  A few flavors I tested out! And I have to say my favorite is the white chocolate mint ganache filling in a vanilla shell! I will still be testing out flavor combinations, coming up with great delicacies for your enjoyment!  Top left- raspberry shell, vanilla buttercream filling. Top right- chocolate shell, chocolate coffee ganache filling. Bottom row left to right- vanilla shell, white chocolate mint ganache filling. Almond shell, raspberry jam filling. Hi guys and girls! I'm so excited to share that I am working on a new product and just f inished my first batch of French macarons!! Came out delicious according to a few guinea pigs ,  I mean taste testers! So look for the pictures and flavors to come either the end of this week or beginning of the next. Any suggestions on combinations please let me know what you think I should try! I look forward to sharing these delicious treats with you!!   Amanda

Hi everyone! I just did a wedding cake for today, where the bride and groom wanted just a small cake for the cutting ceremony and used a few half sheet cakes to cut and serve for the guests! It's a great idea for anyone on a small budget! Anyway here are a few pictures!!   Amanda
